As with all STEEL-IT Brand Coatings, STEEL-IT 4907 Epoxy Topcoat features custom-engineered, 316L stainless steel flake and provides extraordinary protection against corrosion, abrasion, salt, alkalis and other chemicals. More durable and chemical-resistant than STEEL-IT Polyurethane Topcoats, STEEL-IT 4907 is a 2-component coating – simply mix Components A and B in a 1-to-1 ratio to produce a coating ready for application. USDA compliant for incidental food contact, STEEL-IT 4907 withstands high-pressure washdowns and detergents without chipping or flaking, a critical feature in so many applications across industries.
