The SantoLubes® ultEbase® lubricants are engineered for heavy-duty applications, including enclosed gears and plain and rolling element bearings. Utilizing a patented molecularly engineered synthetic base oil technology, these lubricants exhibit very low fluid friction, known as EHD (elastohydrodynamic) shear strength, alongside very high natural VI (viscosity indices).? ultEbase®
ultEbase covers ISO viscosity grades from 15 to 680, ensuring fluid film protection equivalent to 2-3 ISO grades higher at high temperatures, reducing operating temperatures, extending gear life, and resulting in energy savings. It excels in lubricant film protection, EP load-carrying, anti-scuffing, and antiwear properties, contributing to extended equipment life and reduced maintenance costs.
